paleo pasta flour (resistant tapioca starch), flour of oily seeds (coconut flour, almondflour(Nut)), dietary fibre, (water soluble and insoluble) whole egg powder(Egg), apple flour, egg white powder(Egg), salt(1.3%), whole egg(Egg), water.

Cooking Instruction: Very quick cooking time. Put the pasta into boiling water (5 times as much water than pasta) and cook for 6-10 minutes keep carefully stirring until soft, or after re boiling cook for 2 minutes. Remove it from hob and cover it with a lid until swell and soft.

Storage:Store in a dry cool place under 23C. Protect from sunlight.

I didn't buy this directly but instead had it as part of the meal plan this place offers. This was amazing! Tastes delicious just like regular pasta. I will be buying a bag for myself!
