PRE-FROZEN MEALS
Orders for frozen meal plans will be processed for delivery on Wednesday 8th of April as DPD do not offer delivery throughout the Easter weekend.
Let us take the work out of low carb / keto eating with a selection of meals delivered straight to your door.
Our frozen meal plans are made up from the range of pre-frozen meals available in our shop. You will receive a variety of meals selected by us, based on what is freshly prepared and in stock at the time of packing.
Please note:
These plans are not customisable. We are unable to offer fully tailored meal plans or guarantee specific requests such as “no pork”, “no fish”, or similar preferences.
You are welcome to leave notes with preferences (for example, “no soup”), and we will always try to take these into account, but this is entirely dependent on what meals are available at the time and cannot be guaranteed.
If you have ingredients you do not eat regularly or require full control over your meals, this plan may not be suitable.
You are also welcome to inform us of allergens or serious intolerances only, which we will do our best to consider. However, due to how our meals are produced, we cannot guarantee suitability for all dietary requirements. We currently do not offer vegetarian, dairy-free, or vegan frozen boxes, as most meals contain these ingredients.
Delivery Information
Frozen meal plans are shipped midweek via DPD, for delivery between Tuesday and Sunday.
If you add a fresh meal plan, cheesecakes, or pizza to a frozen order, your full order will be delayed and dispatched together on Sunday, as these items are cooked to order.
These plans are ideal if you’ve missed the weekly cut-off or need a flexible midweek delivery.
Storage & Shelf Life
Meals are frozen immediately after preparation and delivered frozen in temperature-controlled packaging.
- Best before: 3 months from preparation date
- Full ingredients and nutritional values are listed on each meal label
- Please defrost fully before reheating
