Please note, this Sunday, 29th of March will be the last delivery until we reopen after Easter.
The 7 day menu gives you the option of ordering a 5, 7 or 10 day meal plan to see you through this period until we are reopen for deliveries on Sunday 12th of April.
When ordering the 7 day plan, you will receive days 1-7 as featured on the menu unless noted otherwise - you are welcome to make substitutions in the comment box above!
If storage is an issue, we will also have a limited amount of frozen meal plans available to see you through until we reopen for fresh meal plan orders. The meals within the frozen plans are selected by us from our stock in store - the frozen plan does not follow a menu, it includes a variety of meals depending on the stock we have available at the time.
The first menu of the New Year will be avalable to order from Thursday 18th of December for delivery on Sunday 4th of January.

If there is a particular meal or ingredient on the menu that you dont like, please leave a message in the comments box and we will substitute any dishes containing that item for you. Please be specific! Dietary requirements or preferences must be noted with every order placed as orders are processed manually.

Comprising of breakfast, lunch and dinner for 7 days - 21 meals in total -all meals under 20 grams of carbohydrate per day.

Our meals are created fresh to order on Fridays, shipped on Saturdays ready for Sunday delivery. Customers recieving the meals via DPD on Sundays MUST leave a safe place location with DPD, even if you'll be home for delivery. The meals will have 2 days on the best before label in accordance to the Food Standards Agency best practice guidelines. We recommend storing days 1 & 2's meals in the fridge and days 3 onwards in the freezer, defrosting prior to reheating and consumption.
