We are taking orders for our 23rd of December meal plan - delivered on Sunday 22nd of December.

Please note, we are unable to deliver the following week due to Christmas- the 7 day menu gives you the option of ordering a 5/7 or 10 day menu. We also have frozen meal plan options available to see you through until the following week.

We offer 2 options on our meal plans - breakfast, lunch and dinner and lunch, dinner.

Comprising of breakfast, lunch and dinner for 5 days - 15 meals in total -all meals under 20 grams of carbohydrate per day.

Lunch and dinner for 5 days.

Our meals are sent fresh and contain no preservatives or extenders therefore the  meals will have 2-3 days on the best before label. We recommend keeping the 1st days meals in the fridge and freezing the remainder to defrost later through the week. Full storage and reheating instructions can be found here
