Made for Drink Chorizo Thins
Crafted using authentic Spanish chorizo sourced from a small, family-run producer in Galicia, Northern Spain.
The producer is a member of the Consorcio del Chorizo Español, a protected designation established to safeguard the quality and origins of genuine Spanish chorizo. This family has been making chorizo since the 1950s, using traditional methods passed down through generations.
The chorizo is made in the Lugo region of Galicia using just five natural ingredients: Duroc pork shoulder, Duroc pork belly, salt, hot Paprika de la Vera and garlic. After curing for thirty days, it is gently smoked over Holm Oak to develop its deep, savoury flavour.
We simply slice the chorizo into thin rounds and gently roast it until crisp, creating a rich, satisfying snack with no greasy residue.
Naturally low in carbohydrates and high in flavour, these chorizo thins are perfect for low-carb snacking or serving alongside cheese and drinks.

Duroc Pork
A rare breed traditionally farmed in Northern Spain for premium hams and chorizo. Duroc pork is prized for its delicate flavour and rich, buttery fat.
Paprika de la Vera
The distinctive smoky heat comes from authentic hot paprika grown in the fertile alluvial soils around the Tietar River in La Vera. It’s essential to true Spanish chorizo.
