Made by hand in our kitchen using real ingredients, this jam delivers the classic sweet chilli balance of sweetness, tang and gentle heat, without the sugar load found in traditional versions. Tomatoes, courgette and red chillies form the base, gently cooked with olive oil, paprika and ginger for depth, then finished with a touch of erythritol to achieve that familiar sweet chilli flavour while keeping carbs low.
There are no hidden sugars or unnecessary additives. Just carefully chosen ingredients, cooked slowly to allow the flavours to develop naturally.
