At Keto Kitchen Lytham, we take great care in preparing and packing every order. Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy differs depending on what you have purchased.
All food items, including meals, cakes, chilled products, and any perishable goods, are non returnable. This is due to food safety and hygiene regulations.
However, if there is a problem with your order such as damage, missing items, or a fault on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at talktous@ketokitchenlytham.co.uk.
You must include clear photographs of the issue so we can investigate. Where a valid issue is confirmed, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
We cannot accept responsibility for issues reported outside the 24 hour window or where photographic evidence is not provided.
Non food items may be eligible for return.
To request a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are assessed on a case by case basis. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Return postage costs will be handled on a case by case basis depending on the reason for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
If your order is delivered one day after the advertised delivery date, but arrives intact and safe to consume, no refund will be issued.
Please ensure someone is available to receive chilled or frozen deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for spoilage caused by missed deliveries or delays outside our control.
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
