Let us take the work out of low carb / keto eating - a choice of meals delivered direct to your door.

The frozen meals within the meal plans are selected from the pre-frozen meals available in our shop. You will receive a variety of meals from our range selected by us. As stock levels vary, we cannot guarantee a particular dish will be available, although you are welcome to request to exclude certain ingredients or advise us of any allergens. We currently do not offer vegetarian, dairy free or vegan boxes as the majority  of our meals contain these ingredients.

Our frozen meal plans will ship midweek via DPD for delivery between Tuesdays and Fridays. Adding a fresh meal plan, cheesecakes or a pizza to a frozen order will delay the order until Sunday as these are cooked to order ready for Sunday deliveries.

Our frozen plans ae ideal for customers who have missed the cut off point or who require a midweek delivery!

The nutritional values, ingredients and best before dates are featured on the meal labels. As the meals have been frozen immediately upon being packed and are sent frozen, the best before date of the meals is 3 months from the date they were prepared.


We offer 2 options on our frozen meals: 

7 day meal plan (lunch/dinner):£ 77.50
Lunch and dinner for 7 days

5 day meal plan (lunch/dinner): £57.50
Lunch and dinner for 5 days.

If you suffer from any allergies, please find our ingredients list that highlights allergens HERE. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders for customers who have nut or dairy allergies. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss any allergy or intolerance you may have.

These meals have been pre-frozen and are delivered frozen in temperature controleld boxes. Please defrost prior to reheating and consumption.
