pre-frozen meals
Our frozen meal plans will ship midweek, from Tuesdays-Fridays. (Please note, adding cheesecakes, pizza or a frresh meal plan to a frozen order will delay the order until Sunday as these are cooked one day a week)
Our frozen meal boxes are selected from the pre-frozen meals available in our shop. You will receive a variety of meals from our range selected by us. As stock levels vary, we cannot guarantee a particular dish will be available although you are welcome to request dishes.
Frozen meal boxes are delivered by DPD.
The best before date is the date if stored in the fridge from fresh. As the meals have been frozen immediately upon being packed, and are sent frozen, please add 3 months to the date for the best before.
Let us take the work out of low carb / keto eating - a choice of meals delivered direct to your door. You will receive a selection of meals from our range - you can advise us of any allergens in the comment box. Please note, we currently do not offer vegetarian, dairy free or vegan boxes.
We offer 2 options on our frozen meals:
7 day meal plan (lunch/dinner):£ 77.50
Lunch and dinner for 7 days
5 day meal plan (lunch/dinner): £57.50
Lunch and dinner for 5 days.

These meals have been pre-frozen for convenience and are delivered frozen in cool boxes. Full storage and reheating instructions can be found here

Frozen meals are produced using previous week's fresh meals. The best before date stated on them is if they are stored fresh so please add 3 months onto the displayed date as a use by date.
