I’ve been using Keto Kitchen 7 days a week for about 7 months now. This was my first time going keto, and Keto Kitchen made it really easy since I didn’t have to count carbs or learn new recipes. There is a wide variety of meals which rotate weekly so I don’t get bored, and on the rare occasion I don’t like something (it’s only happened with one meal), I’ve been able to swap it out. The meals are creative and tasty, and their cakes are lovely also. The meals freeze, defrost, and reheat well - although my microwave is weak so I’ve had to play about with the reheating times. I believe that they improve some of the recipes over time, because some of the meals have gotten tastier and/or more aesthetically pleasing since I joined (teriyaki chicken was pale and somewhat bland at first but is now darker and lip-smacking tasty). So if you’re seeing older negative reviews about certain meals, please keep in mind that the recipe may have improved since then. I’ve tried 4 different meal plan services in total, and Keto Kitchen’s customer service is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve had a few issues here and there with missing items, and they were very responsive and resolved the situation quickly - and sometimes even threw in some extras to make up for it. They have also been helpful on the phone when I’ve had confusion over ordering, such as over the Christmas break. With some of the national services, I never once got to speak to a human when I had a problem. It was all AI chat bots. I much prefer interacting with real people, and that’s the benefit of buying from a small family business like this one. The meals are smaller portions than I was used to on the other non-keto meal services, but this is because keto meals are high in fat and calorie dense. After an initial period of fat adaptation, I have found the portion sizes to be plenty. I do like adding in desserts though! I highly recommend Keto Kitchen. Delicious, convenient, reliable, and fantastic customer service.

I have recently received my first order and have ordered my next box. I think the meals taste good quality, like home made and are perfectly proportioned. I am a fussy eater and requested some things be removed and they were swapped and replaced with something else on the menu. Hopefully, this will also be the case in my next order as I don't mind eating the same great meal over and over 😁 I waste so much food and money eating different meals to my husband, my husband wants to gain weight and I want to lose so it's not easy for me, especially when you work long hours and don't have the time or energy to cook. A low carb diet is the only diet that has ever worked for me. I wish I had found this Keto kitchen sooner 😊

I am really impressed with Keto Kitchen. The food is lovely and the little samples now and then are a lovely touch. There was an issue with delivery one week which was an issue with DPD but I was impressed with the communication from the company. Also very good service with any special requests/substitutions. Five stars from me!

I am so impressed with Keto Kitchen. A few times now I have forgotten to place my order. As late as Saturday afternoon they very promptly replied and put together a box which arrived the following morning. The customer service is great, the communication from them couldn’t be any better. For years I’ve done Keto , on and off, it’s always been such a struggle finding recipes and having variety. I never thought that I would taste such delicious, healthy food. I have tried a couple of meal delivery services, this one has been the best without a shadow of the doubt. I couldn’t reccomend a meal delivery service more. We have probably tried most of keto kitchen Lytham’s food! We have had their meals plans, all their cakes & sweet treats, their pizzas and they’ve even made birthday cakes for us! We can’t recommend them enough! Every meal is so delicious! The cheesecakes & their naan bread are to literally die for!!!

The meals are delicious and of excellent quality. I like the wide range to choose from that vary each week. Meals have always arrived on time and have been well packaged.

Really glad I started this diet with Keto Kitchen. Been on it for about 3 weeks now and the weight has fallen off. The delivery of the food has been great, always on time and no issues with packaging. The meals are delicious, I've only come across 1 meal which wasn't to my taste but absolutely no issues with anything else. The portions are small which I struggled with at first, particularly the sausage meals, but I'm getting used to it as time goes on and it's helped me rethink how I eat. I haven't managed to find any other service that offers less than 20g of carbs per day so it's really taken the guess work out of it for me. Would recommend :)

They clarified that the duplication in my order was due to my specific dietary request, which they handled effectively. Great customer service! Apologies for the misunderstanding on my part, but thank you for clarifying with me. I would have loved to give this a 5 rating, but there’s a reason I couldn’t quite make it a full 5 stars. My order arrived on time, and as I unpacked everything, the meals looked absolutely mouth-watering. To make it even better, I was surprised with a few complimentary taste tester cakes, which were absolutely delightful. However, when I started organizing my meals for the week, I noticed a few discrepancies. Some meals from my menu were missing and were replaced with duplicates of others. For example, instead of receiving both the Celery & Chorizo Soup and Chicken & Veg Soup, I got two of the Chicken & Veg. Similarly, I was looking forward to the Prosciutto Chicken with Pesto Sauce & Veg, but was given two Teriyaki Chicken with Pan-fried Greens. Even for one of the breakfasts, I was supposed to get Sausages, Mushrooms & Cherry Tomatoes, but ended up with an extra Breakfast Pot & Granola with Blueberry Jam instead. Don’t get me wrong—I’m grateful that I still received a complete set of meals for my 5-day meal prep, and everything does look delicious. I’m just a little disappointed that my first order wasn’t exactly as planned. I hope this can be improved in future orders, because the food quality and service are otherwise impressive.

I've just started these meals this week and cant rate them highly enough! After being on a keto diet for 3 months I was losing motivation and struggling to find the time to cook meals separate from the family which is time consuming enough but these have been the perfect solution for me. At first glance I was concerned that the portions looked small as I have a good appetite but I was wrong as I've found them very filling and I've not had to have any extra snacks.. And Omg they all taste amazing 😁

I found your company completely randomly via Google when I was looking for a new year meal prep service - and honestly I’m amazed at the food. It doesn’t look much I’ll be honest but everything I’ve eaten so far genuinely tastes amazing. I think you can really tell it’s a family run business, everything is tasty and you can tell it’s been prepared with care. There’s lots of meal prep services but I always worry food is factory made and doesn’t taste of anything… not the case here!!!!

I have been ordering from them for many months now, and I am still seriously impressed with the food. I have tried a few different Keto meal delivery plans from other places, and this one is by far the best, in every way- taste, variety and price. Every meal is delicious and looks appetising, and the best part for me is that it is 'normal' food, but done Keto. The meal plans are a very reasonable price for the quality of food that you get. I love the fact you can also add extras such as cakes and pizzas. The food is some of the tastiest I have had through any meal plan, and is the closest you will get to homemade cooking. Delicious meals, great for managing my portion sizes and I don’t feel as hungry as I used to! I’ve lost 10 pounds in one week and this has given me motivation to continue to lose weight. I have used the plan this week. The ordering and delivery were fantastic. The meal plans and food are brilliant, very tasty, easy to follow and takes the stress out of shopping and planing.
